get what u pay for apartment. walls are pretty thin u can hear neighbors alot. also have had to call the cops more then 1 times living there over 8 month span, did not feel the safest. resonds to request and text when they feel like it. also have had a person at my door unannouced at 8pm to replace a part i waited 3-4 weeks on.

I lived here for several years And I’m not planning to go nowhere for the time being, management easy to communicate with, Spanish or English,maintenance is on top of things with not much delay If any. Although when it comes to anemidades Paul is always clean and Well kept on the regular ButLaundry room is The only thing not to brag about they definitely need more washers and dryers. But overall, it’s all good

Description of the apartment I live in and how I feel about

It's been alright except the rent price is way too high for a place without amenities. The walls in the bathroom are unfinished and behind the stove the wall is torn out. But, I do have shelter over my head. I've complained of this problem a couple of times with no response. Also the bottom cabinets has no dividing shelves in them. I don't really have problems with nothing else. Thanks

My apartment needs to be remodeled for the price I am paying

I have lived here going on five years.I don't have too many issues except when I need something fixed it doesn't happen properly.My apartment is very "rundown" and outdated .For the price I pay,I expect a little more.However,I do love the pool and it us generally kept clean.
