Main living area has a twin size bed and a desk set up that can be used as an office.
This home gets great natural light through the large windows and is fitted with blackout curtains.
The kitchen has an eat-in area set up with stools and plenty of counter space for dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen tools to prepare a home-cooked meal.
Private fenced in patio with seating. Front yard has grassy area available for walking pets.
Free parking in two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Ample, free street parking is also available.
All pets are welcome, up to 2 pets. No weight or breed restrictions. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet as well as a refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in. The deposit does not change based on number of pets.
A full size washer and dryer is located in the utility room in the rear of the home.
