PRESERVE AT PERDIDO APARTMENTS

After a year of living here, my experience has changed. The apartment initially felt promising with friendly service, expedited move-in, and a clean, modern aesthetic. Maintenance is on-site and responsive. Several issues have emerged over time. The construction seems rushed, with misaligned cabinet doors, crooked socket covers, and unpainted trims. Frequent fire alarms in nearby units are distracting, and the parking situation has worsened, with non-tagged cars filling spaces, often leaving residents to park far from their units or on curbs. Maintenance often enters apartments without proper notice, despite multiple requests for email alerts, with notes sometimes poorly placed and easily lost. The package room's app-based entry system frequently malfunctions, making it inconvenient to retrieve deliveries. Ducks near the pond create messes across common areas, and while the dog park has improved, it closes a couple months for maintenance. Though the gym offers basic equipment and the location is convenient, close to NAS and shopping, traffic on Blue Angel Pkwy makes it difficult to leave the apartments. Additionally, valet trash service often leads to trash piling up in the parking lot. There are benefits to living here although issues ultimately make the apartment less appealing than it initially seems.

Great Location, Clean, wonderful people

I was a lone student naval aviator coming down here and panicking for a place to live with zero time to spare. The preserve at perdido made the experience of moving in easy, had great rates and fantastic service all throughout my nearly year-long stay with them. The facilities are clean and brand new, very luxurious for their price point and in a safe community. i am going to miss it. 9/10 i had noisey upstairs neighbors haha. please give this place a look. very acomodating to military.

Good property overall but parking needs reviewing.

I have nothing but good remarks for all besides parking. 95% of the time the parking is full and you have to park far away from your apartment. Having guests over is a hassal. You have to eacoet your guests to the guest parking area where there is only 3 spots for the whole apartment complex or they have to park outside the front office where there is only 5 spots. And if your guest is here past ten and you dont have then in guest parking you get a sticky ticket attached to your window and have to get a scraper to get the glue and paper off your window. If you have more then 1 vehicle you have to pay extra money every month or 5 dollars a day for a pass. Parking a ailability should be reviewed and a new plan needs to be implimented.
