Good for a short term situation

I've lived at The Preserve for a little over a year and in general, am pleased with the apartment and amenities. Unfortunately, my brand new vehicle has been damaged twice by careless residents (cars) because of tight and not enough spaces. One of the incidents required expensive bodywork repair. The management was pretty unsympathetic and offered a garage at additional cost, and the resident "courtesy officer" never returned my call. My favorite aspect of the apartments is location.

Great Value

Moved here this summer, very impressed with the value offered by this apartment in terms of quality and look of my unit. It is in a relatively very convenient location in terms of grocery shopping and gas, and proximity to the air station. The only comparable locations were much further north or more expensive and typically on the older end; this newer construction definitely feels like more of a modern and updated option in this area. Overall, this apartment seems like a great idea for anybody moving here on military orders or desiring a nice, new property to live in and who doesn't mind the 20ish min drive downtown and 30ish min drive to the mall.

Love the Apartment, Parking could be better.

I love the convenience of the apartment along with the amenities. There is a lack of parking by my building which a frustrating at times. Especially if I work late and have to park on the complete other side of the complex. Other than that, I love the layout of my apartment and bow modern it is. I also really enjoy that there is a gate during late hours which increases security of the complex.
