Sad to be moving.
Angel Langing is the best bargain you will find, and probably the best apartment complex in all of Pensacola. Internet and cable are included. The washer and dryer are included. The light fixtures and bathrooms and cabinetry are all upgraded, especially compared to nearby apartments. The kitchen is much bigger than any apartment I've seen. If I didn't have to move based on military orders, I wouldn't be moving. Every apartment I've seen after living here has been highly disappointing. If you are here for API, and this apartment is available, take it. You're close to Walmart and Target, close to the beach, close to base, and you will not get more for your money.
