Why Renters Love It Here

A little outdated but decently maintained

I have lived here since the Spring of 2022. I knew about this community from a colleague who lived here in the golden days of the community, i.e. early 2010's. Overall the community has aged a bit but that is to be expected. The biggest pro's are: -Location -Attentiveness of property manager -Attentiveness of maintenance staff The biggest cons are: -Front gate out of order -Pool gate out of order (anyone can just show up to use the pool and gym) -Appliances are on the older side Overall I recommend this community because a community can be built or destroyed depending on the people in the community and the physical stuff is an add on. I'd give this community a 7 out of 10 stars.

rent went up to high

The staff are helpfull and apartment is nice just do not like how much the rent goes up so much every year . I think the first time it went up was like 40.00 this year 136.00 ,
