I was without A/C for 2 months, and-off-an on since 12/2024. I finally got a new unit about a week ago. The issue was that they "needed a part" but the A/C tech that came out said that the unit needed to be replaced. Per the contract, the owner has to upkeep and maintain the A/C of the unit, which they have failed to do, and I am trying to leave my lease ONE MONTH EARLY, and move to another apartment (With better customer service and appliances and amenities, for less money) but 10x is making it EXTREMELY difficult for me to leave my lease 1-month early. I was forced to make a nasty review (Which I did not want to do), but they forced my hand. I am turning off my automatic payments, and they can try to get my last months money out of me, and I am reaching out to a lawyer (Who is on hold) if they wont let me back out of my lease (Which ends June 26th, but I will be out of the apartment by June 1st) Honestly, they do not care about their tenants, even though they act like they do. The ladies in the front office are only doing their jobs, which I understand, and they need to keep their jobs, which is why the "head Honchos" are making them be nasty towards the tenants, so I do not blame them. I have read a bunch of good reviews on this place, which is why I moved in, only to regret it. My experience was not pleasant at all.

We have lived here for almost a year. The atmosphere is calming, everyone is friendly and the staff is very helpful. It's pet friendly and that is very important to us. We have enjoyed our time here and will be here for a long time to come
