falling apart. very expensive
my apartment has floors caving in and was very dark. 7 years of living there NEVER were my air vents cleaned. cheap air filters caused dust and mold

Parking moldy garage leaking
We must be able to have a parking pass as a resident. I have a three bdrm and I cannot believe I don’t get a pass. The garage leaks and ruined most items. My car a 2020 has mold in A/C. Please give all residents a place to park. The guest lot is often full and too far away. It’s unbelievable.
