I have been at MAA Palm Harbor for nearly 2 1/2 years and am still enjoying the high ceilings, generously sized apartments and quiet community. I appreciate the community events and services such as weekly food trucks, events for kids and pets and holiday events. The staff is friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcome. I feel like I will be here for many years to come.

Beautiful complex, units kept up well, lighting fast maintenance response - parking and thin walls (sound) are the only downsides. I still stay as they are do a great job with everything else. Staff is friendly and always doubg cute, thoughtful things to give back (food truck thursdays, wrapping station at holidays (free) cable/internet included …

I loved living here I'm sad that I had to leave and not enjoy the amazing amenity's and the amazing quiet neighbor's. I will miss being able to call this place home. I would so recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place to live.
