Verified Resident

Needs lots of work

Maintenance does not respond to requests in a timely manner. The staff can be rude when you ask them things. There's so many updates that needs to be done to this home, replacing windows, doors, fixtures etc fir them to increase my rent by 800 per month. This place is nor worth the money. I have to live here because it's so hard to find a decent place in a great neighborhood to where my kids can go to great schools.
