Good
The experience is good! convenient location, helpful staff, decent amenities and effort from the staff to provide fun events. Price continues to rise without many upgrades but still is on the cheaper side in the area.
Best property for students not managed by UCF
I am very satisfied with this living space. Parking is pretty plentiful. A struggle at times to be able to park close to my apartment, but there are more than enough spaces for everyone. The apartment is spacious and comes with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The stuff isn't top quality, but it works well. Its usually quiet. Its right next to UCF. This property is very sought after by people in the area and for good reason. Best of all, the staff is really good. They are always willing to help and never had an issue.
Love it
I am going into my 5th year living here and I love it. The rooms are nice and spacious, and we all have our own bathroom which I love. Appliances are a little outdated but all work well. Staff is all really nice and maitainance is super helpful!
Love it here!
I've lived here for 2 years in 2 different apartments and have had a mostly very great experience! As some of the buildings are older, of course you're going to run into issues, but maintenance always answers requests ASAP and fixes issues to the best of their ability. They will replace things that need replacing instead of leaving you with a half-working item. The apartment, balcony, and the rooms are all a really great size and it's definitely the most bang for your buck around the UCF area especially since every room has their own bathroom. Overall, it's a lot quieter than other neighborhoods but there are loud nights here and there like every place. The amenities aren't resort-level but they have a decent sized pool area that never gets too crowded and a gym that's open 24-hours with enough equipment for a good workout! Overall, I would definitely recommend Tivoli if you're looking for an unfurnished, cheaper apartment in the UCF area!
Great Value for money
I've lived here for a year or so. I really like the location of the condominium and the floor plan of the apartment. The gym could be a little bigger and more equipped.
