Amazing place to live with a ton of great amenities and access to many restaurants and entertainment centers nearby.
Not the best not the worst
Building was put up very fast so some constuction faultered. Used materials for the walls that are thin as well as flooring so you can hear clear conversation outside your apartment, which also means they can hear inside. Pool and club room are nice and i have used it a bunch. Parking is okay for now, but will see as more people move in. Rent is prosbbly a lottle over priced but not like you can do much better around the area for what you get. Staff has been msotly great, except for one or two instances.
First pre-construction Home
My first pre-construction home. Not sure if this is normal but there were a lot of construction mistakes that had to be resolved by maintenance. The maintenance team has been the best. They're kind and go above and beyond. Thanks Jay, Michael and Mike. Otherwise, it's a beautiful complex. I'm excited for when the shops open. I can't really say much about parking since it's not at full or half capacity. I'm disappointed that the clubhouse is not 24 hour as I was I was lead to believe. It's separate from the office, so I don't understand why we can't enjoy it after hours. Also, can't rent after hours either. Most of the staff I've spoken to have been kind and helpful. Despite the disappointments I've faced here, I still love it here. Hopefully, I will still feel that way when it's time to renew.
