I've lived here for two years now! I might be moving out soon. Pros: - the apartments are really, really nice. Spacious and clean. It really does feel like I'm coming home and can just relax - same with amenities - maintenance staff is top notch, I dont think I’ve ever had a problem they didn't come to fix the same day - have never seen a roach - I’ve never heard my next door neighbors (don't know if thats due to good walls or quiet neighbors) - The outer doors lock every evening and I always feel safe - the location is unbeatable. I walk across the street to a park with many good restaurants, and sometimes walk to the grocery store. cons: - expensive, obviously. I'm currently paying around $120 for electricity and $160 for sewer/water. When I moved in it was $90 for sewer/water. - near restaurants, and big semi trucks come in early in the morning once a week to drop off food supplies and stuff. It usually wakes me up. There's generally a good bit of noise coming from the intersection, so theres always a humming of cars that I can hear even with my windows shut. - Amenities like the pool and rec center don't need key card access and lot's of times when I'm using them there'll be teens or families that park and come use them - Its supposed to be a smoke free apartment but I often smell weed. That's more of a "my neighbor" problem than a complex-wide problem though - Package room is a bit of a free for all, with packages placed on shelves according to building and you have to dig and find yours among all your neighbor's stuff - You're only allowed to have your trash out between certain hours, and only have a certain number of bags out. This gets inconvienant if I won't be home to put out the trash bin during the alloted time, because then my trash will build up and I'll have too many bags to put out It's easier to focus on the cons but it is still a nice complex. I would give it 10/10 for peace of mind, but there's some annoying things here and there.

I really enjoyed my stay in this place. Location is prime and accessasible to all my needs. Bank of America, , Sprout farmers market, Publix supper market. gas station my gym planet fittness, and Walgreens. Moreover, to my office was just 7 minutes drive and access to freeway is easy. The staff is professionally friendly and cooperative, the maintenance is very quick to respond and always did a good job. I once lost my key to the appartment on a hot afternoon that I came back from shopping. Iwent to the office to report, someone followed me at once opened the door and arranged for a replacement for me. It is difficult to understand what that meant to me. I retired and moved out of state, if not I don’t think there is any way I could have moved out.
