Love living here
We stumbled upon this place while exploring Orlando and decided to do a tour on the fly. We absolutly loved the location, amenities, and quality of the apartments. I especially liked that in addition to the model apartment I was able to view the apartment I would be moving into to which other apartments havent done for me. Every time I’ve put a service request its been quickly resolved, the maintance guys are very nice and respectful. Overall I can’t say I’ve had a negative interaction with anyone from leasing or maintenance. We’ll be sticking around for a while!

Love it
Moved here in April and everything was so seemless from applying, getting approved, to move in day. The Tiara and Hunter were very attentive and quickly worked on getting our approval. We’ve put in a few work orders and they’ve always been handled within 24 hrs and the maintenance crew is awesome. Theres lots of restaurants and business within walking distance and a beautiful lake to walk around. Even with the amount of businesses here it never feels crowded and everything dies out by 7-8 pm, and parking is always easy. Only complaint is the noise at times. Some people love to rev their engine as they drive by Mitchell or the roads in the plaza/area at any time of day but this isnt something that can be blamed on property management itself.
Worth every penny
Just moved 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it here. Staff as super attentive, especially Tiara. We love the layout, design, amenities and walkability!
