Constantly noise, always some kindnof construct project lined up and ready to take up the limited parking spaces and repair jobs need to take weeks to do because product and material are conviently out of stock

I absolutely love my apartment and its location. The view is amazing. The atmosphere serene, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this location. Parking can be a bit of an issue especially of late.

With a name like Zen you would expect somenpeqce and quiet when in reality there is no such thing. There is constant noise from eother construct that is happening in the apartment complex itself to the construct happening in the area. Also there is a constant sound of lawn or leaf blowers in the morning accompanied by the beeping of a garbage truck that must slam the dumptser to empty, a process that apparently has to takenipward to ten minutes. Oh and the parking spaces of course must be as inconvenient as possible. To many who must work in the night, they will seldom find a space near their building and will them have to walk an additional half a mile from the parking apot to where their residence is.
