Overall, the place is not bad. We moved here from Texas, and we have had many better experiences. The hot tub and grills are always out of order. Parking can get tough at times. My biggest complaint is that you can only pay rent from the 1st - 3rd online. Outside of that, you have to bring in a money order, and still they cannot submit it. It all has to be the same form of payment. I typically would pay rent early to stay ahead, but the timing here is strange and unethical.
