Hunter’s Creek Apts

Gate never works but when it does and it’s closed there’s always a line of ppl trying to get in so residents have to wait to enter property because there is only ONE line. Parking is ridiculous because those garages take up a lot of spots in front of the buildings. They should be off to the side out of the way. People do not pick up after their dogs!!! My lights flicker so I have an electrical issue. It’s been reported but am still waiting for maintenance. The dryer has to be cycled 3 times in order to dry one load of clothes no matter the size. And the appliances are so outdated. Refrigerator not even full size. Microwave body broken and patched. One of my burners on the stove can’t be used because the burner won’t stay in it. Long story short, I can get better value in Meadow Woods for the same price and possibly even with an additional room. Unless i get an “upgrade” unit and pay more money for it, i might as well be in MW. Don’t even get me started on the flooded sidewalks when it rains because the sidewalks are uneven. Same thing when the sprinklers are on (which also wet my patio!). The doors to the apartments look shabby as well. Luxury apartments my butt!! The only good thing in my opinion is the location!

Great place

I have been here for 5 years and it has a great location. Yes, there has been changer but no matter what I like living here. When my time comes to leave I will miss my apartment.

Hunterscreek

Moved in 2017, Huntercreek is a nice place to reside, however its alot of things that could be worked on like Parking is a Huge issue , security far as the Gates being secure at a certain time in the evening to keep non residents out, amenities are dated etc , I could go on and on overall again its workable but also Quiet.

Unfortunately I have nothing but trouble from this apartment since my first day living here. Just counting the days until the lease ends.
