Amazing place to live so far so good with noice and the environment.
A little overpriced for value of apartment
when i first moved here i had a lot of issues but the leasing manager listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. i appreciate fhat she has a lot of pride in her complex and genuinely wanted my experience to be positive. maintenance men are all very very nice and quick to assist. only reason i gave it a lower score was due to the lack of attention it feels like there sometimes is in the units with basic maintenance needs and upkeep. inspections didnt seem to be done very well at least prior to our move in (maybe things have changed). pools are very nice and i love that theres 2! my apartment building is incredibly loud as this is a very kid-heavy property with the elementary school nearby. kids are constantly screaming, running, and thumping down the halls. none of this bothers me at all - just kids having fun (we also are right near the playground). but i can see where this may bother someone looking for a quiet community. cant beat the location in hunters creek - love that i can walk to the shopping complex nearby. i dont mind living here but the price is way too high for the unit quality, upgrades, and size. ive lived in very popular/beautiful citiies california, south carolina, georgia - WAY bigger units with way more upgradess for less. i get its orlando but theres even much cheaper with WAY more here in orlando where my money could have gone a lot further biy i was in a rush to move to orlando and had to transfer with MAA :( also should host more community events and socials - this may make people feel its more worth their money if they saw it being used to curate experiences and provide a “luxury” atmosphere . these are luxury apartment prices with very base level offerings.
