Great Location but Noisy and Busy
The location is close to the of the major theme parks, which is great. It is very noisy though. The rest of my apartment is pretty soundproof but the front door always sounds like it's open with how much noise filters through. Though it is fairly newer, some of the in-house utilities could use an update. Overall a good place. I wish the parking spots were slightly bigger.

We have lived here .3 years. Trash removal is a problem. Most Days the streets are lined with trash. We do love living here.

Rental Community Review.
I have lived here since 2016, living through the many ownerships of the development, I can honestly say that my time here has been well spent. I missed having the community service team that would provide functions for the tenants, breakfast outings, pool parties etc. etc. Overall, might want to have the gates working to provide the security that was once in service when first opened.
