Reserves at Alafaya
My family and I lived at the Reserves at Alafaya for almost two years now. We moved after buying our first home. We absolutely love the ambiance, the location to all the great schools, Avalon Park, and Waterford Town Center. It made everything convenient. We were also a short drive to Winter Park and Downtown Orlando. We absolutely loved the access to parks and walking and biking trails. We loved the pool and all the amenities. The staff are all super friendly and very responsive to assist any way they can. The staff all live on the property as well, so that says a lot. We lived in a three-bedroom next to the lake, so it had a very relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and the extra bedroom made for a great home office. I would definitely recommend the Reserves at Alafaya.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. Staff is great, but maintenance could be better.

I love living here
This is truly a great community to reside. Everything is so well maintained, all neighbors are kind to one another, and the apartments are beautiful, I appreciate the opportunity to live here with my daughter. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team are so kind and very professional, they all feel like family. Thank you!

They are in a nice area. Food, shopping and entertainment are all close by. The are apartments nice on the outside and on the inside. The landscape could be better. And its a little pricey. But they really quiet.
