Great location. Ammenitues are often down. Gates stuck open, card readers not working, hot tub broken, pool down. Upstairs neighbors running a bowling alley.

BEEN HERE 2.5 YEARS BEST IS IT'S NEAR UNIVERSAL STUDIOS/MY SON WORKS THERE FEES ARE OUT OF LINE/PAYING FOR SERVICES NOT USED INITIAL DISCOUT FOR UNIVERSAL EMPLOYEES GOOD DISCOUNT FOR UNIVERSAL ENDED AND NO OTHER DISCOUNTS FOR SENIORS AND OR VETERANS/QUITE POOR RENEWAL RATES ARE QUITE HIGHER THAN NEW TENENTS PAY FOR SAME APARTMENTS/NOT RIGHT BUT GENERALLY GOOD
