I moved here almost 5 years ago. I've seen many positive changes take place with the new Manager and Assistant Manager. The residents are shown they are appreciated in many ways. I didn't make the Valentine's Day appreciation gathering due to a surgery, but I heard it was very nice. I renewed my lease with pleasure. Thank you ladies!!!! Kimberly

i have to say the leasing office staff has been doing an amazing job. I been here for 10 plus years. The office staff is professional, caring they make you feel at home. Mrs. Sacheen Mathis also has a great supporting maintenance staff. They are very professional, respectful. They make sure the job is done right. It feels great to know that if i have any issues with my apartment. i can call Mrs Mathis and i know she will do everything possible to make it right.

The Palms Club is the good place to live. I have been a resident for several years and I enjoy living here. It is a great location and hear and in walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants and the Millenia Mall. The units are very spacious and well maintained. The lawns are well manicured. Staff is very friendly and professional.
