What a wonderful place
Its a great place to live, all the neighbors are super friendly, and even the maintenance or on top of making sure that everything is working properly and as it should.
Satisfied with a Few Suggestions
Overall, I have been satisfied living here but I do have a few pieces of feedback: - I would prefer valet trash to be an optional service and for recycling to be offered. - As someone who works during typical business hours, it would be helpful if the front office was open a little later so that packages delivered to the front desk weren't only accessible while I'm at work. - Not sure if there is any water treatment already, but I would also prefer if the water was softened more. - There were some trees on the north side of the central breezeway that blew down during the last hurricane and haven't been replaced. Since there is no covered parking any additional shade helps with the Florida heat, so it would be nice if these trees could be replaced along with the few other locations around the property where trees have been removed over the years. - Apologies if this has already been addressed as I haven't been to the gym in about a week but two of the treadmills in the gym have been broken for the past few weeks, leaving only one operational.
This property has great amenities and very caring staff
I recently moved into THIS AMAZING APARTMENT HOME COMMUNITY. The staff is quick to tackle any and all my needs from packages to helping learn about what is in the area like great places eat and go shopping. Best part of all is the quietness and relaxation I get at our beautiful resort style pool. I will be recommending all my friends and family to come take a tour of the WONDERFUL 10X MURANO!!!
Spacious, Good lighting, Expensive, Noisy, Management Change
The apartments are pretty decent, elegant, spacious, there windows are big enough to let sunlight coming in, which makes the apartments more illuminated. There is luxer one lockers which is pretty convenient if you don't want to interact with the office, or you can only pickup after hours. However it has become very expensive. The proximity to 2 main roads makes it noisy. There is constant management changes, with respective quality changes, for instance previous management used to put the packages in the lockers, the new management don't do so, which is really inconvenient if you work and can't come to the leasing office during business hours. I saw one of the managers treating rudely one of the amazon delivery guys. I have neve seen management to change the refrigerator water filters. the walls with the neighbors are slim so you can hear them if they speak loud
