I moved into the complex knowing that there was some construction going on but I have to say, the workers move FAST. The complex staff from the office to the maintenance is incredible. They really go out of their way to have this community clean and feel like you are living in a resort. I truly do love living here!

Overall, it has mostly been a good experience living on this property. People are friendly, staff are willing to help, the amenities and interior of apartment's are beautiful. However, this complex falls short in approval when it comes to the constant fire alarms, recent construction, and at times residents not following parking policies. Every complex has its pros and cons, I would say the amenities and interior of the complex weigh greater in the pros of living here.

My experience has been good. I have a noise neighbor upstairs, but I had made the staff aware of the issue, and it seen to be less noise. Not sure if they contact them, but the noise has been less for the moment. I love the amenities, and I enjoy sitting and meditate on my Leasure times. I enjoy the exercise room. However, I would love they will put another rowing machine that works. Overall, my time at this place has been enjoyable.

A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE. WE RECENTLY RENEWED FOR ANOTHER YEAR. THE AMENITIES ARE TOP NOTCH. THE MAINTENANCE CREW ARE ALWAYS ON SITE AND QUICK TO RESPOND. NEIGHBORS ARE ALL VERY NICE. KIND OF PLACE YOU CAN GET A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR AND NOT WORRY ABOUT IT BEING TAKEN.
