M North stands out with a beautiful Floridian style. The amenities and the location are great. There are a lot of living options in the area, but, the welcoming staff makes you feel at home from the time you enter the office.

pros and cons

location is amazing , staff is very friendly and very helpful. i wish there were more pet friendly amenities such as a dog park or pet grooming station/area. alot of barking dogs on the patios but its to be expected being in a pet friendly neighborhood.
