Max weight 100 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $400 per pet. There is a two pet limit with a weight restriction of 100 pounds. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids. We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at EOS. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $400 per pet, with a two-pet maximum. Pet rent is $20/month. So far i have had a wonderful experience living at EOS, Its always quiet and clean!

This place was fine when we first moved in. Then we started noticing that it seemed like the office would pick and choose who to enforce rules with. We got a fine for our trash can being out until 9:30 AM but our neighbors routinely left leaking bags of trash on the ground outside of their door and never had a notice on their door. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud that our apartment would often shake and we could fully hear their TV. An apartment two floors below us smelled so strongly of weed that we could smell it in our apartment and the stairwell smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's supposed to be a smoke free property. The fire alarms would constantly break, going off randomly resulting in inspections that required the alarms to be active for hours on end. There would regularly be human waste in the stairwell from one of the people from the nearby homeless encampment. People speed on the small street behind the complex which you have to cross to take your dog to the dog park. The elevators break down way more often than they should, and if you're not on the first floor this means the valet trash you pay for every month won't be picked up and nothing will be done about it. The leasing office does nothing except send the same copy-paste passive aggressive emails about trash rules and rent reminders multiple times a month. If you have an electric vehicle, the two chargers out front never work. The only positives about this place are the location in relation to things to do and the maintenance team. The maintenance guys are phenomenal and so kind. But you can find a nice apartment for less rent elsewhere.

One thing I love about this apartment is the location. It is greatly accessible to the freeway and it is very close to all establishments that I need.
