A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $400 per pet, with a two-pet maximum. Pet rent is $20/month. Love living here!

I absolutely love living at EOS. I moved out to FL from CA in 2020 and EOS was always somewhere I wanted to live. This year me and my girlfriend made it our reality and it has been the best decision we've made since moving out here. The value we get for such a great apartment is unmatched. Location is perfect as we have everything we need around us and are not far from Downtown at all. The staff is extremely friendly and we love the fact that the gym is open 24/7. We moved from apartments that were built in 1990 to apartments that were built in 2018. the upgrade is unbelievable. We love the high ceilings in the apartment too! We tell all our friends about EOS and when they come visit they are just as amazed as we are. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of moving here.

A Great Spot

I have been here for about 10 months now and it has been perfect for me and my partner. We are in different spots in life where we need to work/school in different areas and the place is located in a perfect spot right next to the highway. The staff are very young which makes for better community in my mind. We also get a great safe area with great locks and gates. The amenities are awesome and I use them basically everyday.
