It was really chill to live there. No crazy noise issues or bad neighbors.

There is no parking and it's extremely loud whoever created this apartment didn't think to make the apartment somewhat soundproof it was cheaply built

An overall great place to live!
My husband and I have lived here for a few years and every year seems to get better. The staff are overall incredible and very personable; we've felt cared for and herd while living here and that is priceless for us. The maintenance manager, Miguel, is particularly great and has never responded to one of our maintenance requests in less than a few hours at most, day or night. For us, having a maintenance team that cares about us has been the difference between living here at Makara and living in a house because we really enjoy not having to wait for repairs. The amenities are also amazing, with an incredible gym and scenic pool area. We don't have a dog but we often visit the grills next to the dog park and people seem to really like it. Overall, I would say living here has been amazing and I would highly recommend this apartment community to friends and family!
