I love it here and appreciate the services! Need to replace several of the lounge cushions around the pool. Some of the cushions are very nasty(soiled). The elevators need regular cleaning due to pet traffic. The carpet in the halls needs deep cleaning.

Every weekend there are large gatherings at the pool. Although there are enough chairs, they usually have speakers and loud playing children. Maybe enforce no speakers? Also, friday and saturday night people are at the pool well past 11pm also being very loud. As someone who works early most saturday and sunday mornings its interupts sleep pretty drastically. Maintance and all employees are AMAZING.

Overall seems like it will be a great place to live. Just wish there was better parking and a connected parking garage.
