Parking is an issue. There is little visitor parking and they will tow cars very quickly if they are in the fence after 9 so you really can't have people visit you. My own car got towed because it wasn't in my garage one night. It is ridiculous

Abdolutely fabulous property in ever way! Administration is ALWAYS available and responds immediately to any issue. Maintenance Department also responds very quickly and are highly competent and friendly as well. Grounds are always kept immaculately! In addition, I am fortunate enough to have a balcony with an absolutely gorgeous view of Sand Lake that reaches all the way to Disney Springs! It is my intent to stay here for years to come!

I do not recommend Nightmare on Sand Lake. They have yet to send me my final statement via certified mail or my security deposit. They messed up my ledger when i moved out. Their apartments are small, cheap and poorly constructed. Definitely not worth what they charge. Windows don’t fully close which is a hazard especially considering this is Florida a hurricane zone.
