This will be our sixth year living here. The area is finally growing and we’re looking foward to it. Lake Nona Ariel has become home, being within minutes from work and the airport its super convenient. Weve seen a lot of changes througout the years in this complex both ups and downs but i know they try their hardest to keep up as much as possible.

I have lived here for 6 yrs; overall it has been a good experience although I think for the residents we should be granted an assigned parking space. If I go out to dinner and come back I cant find a parking space in from of building.

I have only been here a couple weeks. Came over from a sister property. This is a beautiful place to live. The staff here is some of the best that I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable and do everything they can to help and make this a wonderful place to live. I do wish they had some covered parking. The Florida sun and heat is brutal on cars. Some of their other properties have covered parking and with the cost being similar, it would be nice to have covered parking.
