Unsatisfied

I started living here in 2018 and was very satisfied with the attention to cleanliness snd maintenance of the property. Fast foward to 2023 and two different management offices later, I no longer feel good about inviting friends or family to my home. Neighbors are inconsiderate making noise at any time during the night. I haven't said anything to them because why should I tell grown folks not to nail stuff and stop their children from playing ball and running after 10 pm when tenants are getting ready to sleep. The lounges are used after 10 pm too and I’m often woken out of my sleep at 12. 1, 2 in the a.m. hours. The entrance doors to building has been distroyed most of the time remaining open for anyone to enter. The front gate has a fob to drive through but anyone can come in through the gates near by them because they have been broken and the fob no longer needed to enter and has’nt been repair for a year. We are losing some good tenants. I think we can and should do better.
