Nice place

I have lived here 3 years. It has been a safe and mostly quiet place. My apartment has not been updated but it's okay. The grounds are mostly kept clean, One issue is lack of lights in the parking lot by my apartment.

Great place to live.

The management keeps on top of things. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Notifications are provided in a timely manner. Grounds keeping and trash pickup are reliable.

Continued Excellence

We've been here for eight years, after selling our own personal homes for forty-five years. We like the simplicity and provision for maintenance and care of our apartment. We've never lived in any other apartment so we have no way to compare, but we couldn't expect more.

No disturbing neighbors, really friendly office workers and neighbors, amenities are fantastic! Only thing is, maintenance seems to take a little bit.
