I moved to Blys around January 2024. I was the first person to live in my new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with two balconies. I love every aspect of the apartment; it's truly glamorous. The amenities are fantastic, including a resort pool with BBQ facilities for hosting friends and family, a two-story gym fully equipped for a complete workout, and a designated work-from-home area. There's even a dog patio for pet owners. The apartments are designed to be intelligent and compatible with Alexa, Siri, and Google. For any inquiries about the staff, I recommend reaching out to ASM Jefferson directly. My interactions with him have always been excellent, and his consistent respectfulness has made me feel truly valued. His exceptional service and kind demeanor make him the perfect fit for our community. When it comes to maintenance service, they address and fix any issues that need attention. Price-wise, due to the location and what Blys offers, the price will reflect it; however, the complex overall provided the necessary to represent the price. In general, my experience is 8.5 out of 10. Overall, I like what the Blys complex offers.

I've been Living at Blys Apartments for 9 months. It's a great location and so much to do nearby. I enjoy the open floor plan and design of the space as well as the amenities. I recommend to anyone looking to take a look at what the community offers.

hi, me and my family have been living here for 4 month and its been amazing. i would rate this place 10/10 for everything from staff to ameneties to quality of living. i would recommend this place to anyone that wants to live in a place where they get best of everything including safety.

This place has wonderful amenities. I like the pool the best.

I have lived at BLYS for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. The staff is personable and very accommodating. We recently had a once in a 100 year rain storm and I had absolutely no leaks in my apartment or garage and no flooding concerns onsite at all. The amenities are posh and out of this world!
