Could be better
New management has come in and fixed a good portion of old issues from previous management, with the exception of the appliances that are extremely old and worn as well as toilets that need to be replaced. communication with office staff is an ongoing issue. Community itself is quiet and family friendly. Nice size units but extremely overpriced for what’s actually being offered. I will admit that they are doing their best to dig this place out of the whole that Forest Park left it in. Just wish Luis was more tenant friendly. Year 4 as a resident btw.

The experience living here is ok , the staff and other employers/employees members are good people
