Lovely- but some Flaws

I have lived here for about a year- since day one my upstairs neighbors have had full out drag out punching and screaming fights. We've called the cops multiple times, nothing has changed. They also have a punching bag on their balcony- which is not allowed- and use it all day shaking my ceiling. Management has done nothing about this. Parking is a nightmare unless you are in one of the buildings near the office. There is very little parking, and if you arrive home anytime after 7pm,. you will need to park multiple apartments away- and people who do not have handicap tags park there anyway with no consequences. Also, there are multiple cars in the parkinglot that have no boomtow tag and they have stayed in the same spot for months without being towed away- what was the point of the fee? HOWEVER- everything else is great. Pool is amazing. Gym is great. Maintenance is respectful, kind and helpful. They came running when my toilet flooded and my kitchen sink's pipes popped. The grounds are always clean, and the area is great, well lit and feels safe (aside from my fighting neighbors). The space and layout of the apartments are perfect for small or soon to grow families. Love it, just wish management would stick to their rules about Balcony clutter and quiet hours..
