Great location

The Eve's greatest pro is its location. Walking distance from great neighborhoods and easy access to the highway. However, compared to all the luxury building in our area, Eve is somewhat lacking in terms of its amenities. For example, the gym could use a little updating and additional equipment, the building could use a sauna/ steam room, and the pool needs a little love. The pool area is also at times in need of a good cleaning. Management could be more communicative of updates (i.e., non-working elevators, broken parking gates, etc.). I also miss the friendlier staff that used to work downstairs- more of then than not, those who work there now hardly look up from their phones when people come in. For a luxury building, and knowing how many options keep popping up in the area, I hope that the Eve works to continuously elevate their offering.

My home

I love it here because when im in my apartment its peaceful. I have a great view of the water and that sure helps, too. The staff is amazing and friendly. Any maintance issues are resolved within 24 hours. Very safe and great location.

Awesome Place

I have been in this building since the summer of 2023, and I have enjoyed it a lot. Overall, management is pretty competent and get things fixed within reasonable time. The front desk staff are the friendliest people; it is very nice to get to the building and be received by them! Five stars. The location and amenities are phenomenal; I have enjoyed the pool/grill area a lot. Many stores, restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, which is definitely a plus. The building is very solid, I never hear my neighbors or the traffic...my sleep has been great. On the negative side, the parking space is shared with the customers of a commercial gym located in the same building. The gym customers often collapse the garage between 6 and 7pm and are rude and impolite to the residents. It is stressful to have to wait 30-40 mins to park my car and have to "fight" for a parking spot--in two instances, gym customers have been overly harassing to me and even violent.

Quality living in a prime location

I've lived at the Eve for three years now and I couldn't be more please! The concierge service is top-notch. The maintenance service, and management, go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality living and excellent service, check out "The Eve".
