Shops, fine dining, and entertainment options have all sprouted up for residents to enjoy (some of them are Bayside Marketplace and Mary Brickell Village).
It is a 10 minutes drive from the world famous Ocean Drive and South Beach (SoBe). In addition, within walking distance you will find a variety of entertainment venues and events such as: enjoy a Broadway musical at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, go to a Miami Heat basketball game, or attend a concert at the American Airlines Arena or the James L. Knight Center.

Hours and information of the building:
•Clubroom Hours: 8am-10pm
•Pool hours: 8am-8pm (2 persons max)** Reservations Only**
•Gym hours: 7am-9pm – Resevations Only (4 persons max).
•Balcony- please keep balcony clear of clutter or balcony unrelated items. (No bikes, ladders, grill, etc). Only patio furniture or plants. •Packages- when a package is received, you will receive an email and text message notification.
•Parking registration: please complete the attached Miami parking authority registration form (ask directly at reception).
