This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. Live an entertaining stay in the city. Guests will have access to everything you see in the photos! The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay. We'll give you a code to our smartlock and you can self-check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Check out time until 11:00 AM. Please note: -Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors. -Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). -The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is less than two blocks away. -If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best. - We ask that guests be considerate with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - Parties are not allowed on the promises. - Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited.
