Found that this area is quiet, staff is great & very helpful and the maintenance is great.

The area is a good place to live with a great community, but don't like the traffic due to one-way in & one-way out road. It is very bad during a certain time everyday to enter my building.

I have been living at Graham residential Company for over 10 years, recently at St. Tropez Apartments; In all the locations I had a very positive experience. The property itself is well-maintained and clean, and any maintenance requests is addressed promptly and efficiently. The location is also excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property management company and the apartment I rent!"

Love the area and the community. Live here since 2019 and it has been a great experience. Live in a one bedroom and like it as the day I moved in. The location of the complex makes it even more appealing...not a lot of traffic. Convenient accessibility to the expressway in any direction.
