I just moved into Seaward Landing, and I am very happy. The 1 bedroom is bigger than I thought it was going to be and the layout works well. There is no storage space but besides that it is very comfortable. I would suggest maybe adding small storage pods or something along those lines for the tenants considering we are not allowed to store things under the house. I appreciate that we can use the amenities at Tarpon Harbor, that is a great perk. As of now I have not seen, nor do I anticipate any negative situation. Moving to Seaward Landing was a great choice for me and I hope everyone else that decides to move there has the same positive experience.

This place has excellent location and nice spacious apartments with walk-in closets. The kitchen has no counter space, but who cares when you have an ocean view and a walk-in closet bigger than the master bathroom. We've just extended the lease for another year, which is a stamp of approval for this place. It's quiet, even though it's right next to the airport. It's pet friendly and there's even a dog park. It's a little overpriced, and the rent just went up, but I guess that's the price of living in the Keys. I blame all the vacation rentals in the area for driving the prices up. The building manager is on top of things and takes care of issues swiftly. But there have hardly been any issues since the building is brand new. All in all, I really enjoy living here.

We have lived in Seaward Landing for 15 months and LOVE our home. The dog park is a short walk from our apartment and the location is in the center of Marathon. Tracy is the best property manager! He take good care of the property and any issues. We have had a great experience living here and hope to stay for a long time! There is a children's park and it is nice to hear the sound of children playing. Very quiet community.
