We feel secure during the storms and we enjoy the quiet neighborhood of beautiful Tarpon Harbour. We've lived here 3 years and love it. The manager, Jo Ann is awesome! The maintenance team does a great job and they're prompt when a need arises. Best of all, they are all friendly and genuinely care about this little neighborhood which makes us feel at home.

Well- taken care of community with nice beach access (non-swimming) to sit and enjoy. Two pools that are well taken care of, clean and never super crowded. Pet friendly with poop bag stations, making it easy to clean up after your dog. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. Very glad we found this place! Hector is the maintenance person and is very attentive and friendly!
