Great Place to live!

Well- taken care of community with nice beach access (non-swimming) to sit and enjoy. Two pools that are well taken care of, clean and never super crowded. Pet friendly with poop bag stations, making it easy to clean up after your dog. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. Very glad we found this place! Hector is the maintenance person and is very attentive and friendly!

just few things

1. One of the issues I see is people not picking up their dog poops and many people have 2 dogs, install cameras and start penalizing, this includes the beach. 2. Add water hose to the boat dock. Its a must. 3. Add sand to the beach.
