When I first moved in here. This neighborhood was well respected military, young professional adults, and families that cared about the place they lived in. Took great care of the townhomes. Management included. Now, I cant even drive home on my street or area without kids recklessly darting out in front of my car already going the 5 mph speed limit. No Parental supervision. A full on trench being dug by children where a trash can would be put out on trash day just for the parents to cover it up with the trash can in order to conceal what was done. I love kids and a neighborhood full of children but they are more unsupervised now. Reckless driving toys, bikes and other things like running around in our neighborhood driving paths. Two recent Property Managements have attempted to fix this but haven't reinforced the rules or properly fined the units. It seems the original screening process when I first moved into Parkview Dr many years ago is nonexistent or waived in order to just fill tenants into these units. I wish the upper management or Parkview LLC stakeholders would do something about the way this property has become an area of public concern with all the safety hazards and rules being broken without reinforcement or accountability. This has no longer been a place for anyone I'd recommend such as the Military families, Young Professionals like myself, or just anyone with self respect for their neighborhood and community. Management needs to be better. Leadership is needed! And the stakeholders need to realize how their investment is sinking.

Location, location, location. The price is right, quite neighborhood, and better than apartment living.
