Affordable One Bedrooms and Nice property
The one bedrooms are the most affordable that I could find in Tampa. Maintenance and the front office staff are responsive and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and mostly quiet aside from around the pool every now and then. The pool isnt the cleanest and could have more seating but its nice and big enough. The gym is great: clean, nice equipment and usually empty or not crowded. The 550 sf apartment has nicd finished and isnt bad for one person but theres not much storage and the washer/dryer and the bathroom are both tiny. The raised ceilings on the third floor make it feel much bigger.
