Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the property's quiet atmosphere, nature preserve, and pool. They consistently praise the prompt and responsive maintenance and commend the staff for being amazing and helpful. Overpriced, Neglected, Disappointing

I’ve been living in this property since 2019, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it—especially for the price they charge. While Nicole and the new front office staff member are respectful and professional, Jay has consistently been rude and dismissive. He seems unable to separate his personal mood from his job, which creates an unpleasant environment. The maintenance team isn’t much better—only one of them is respectful, while the supervisor is also rude. They recently hired a young guy who’s still learning, but overall, service is inconsistent and lacking in courtesy. The complex markets itself as “luxury,” but the surroundings tell a different story. Aside from the front entrance, the grounds are poorly maintained and look neglected. The access gates—which are supposed to offer security—haven’t worked since I moved in. These apartments are extremely overpriced for what they actually offer, but with the current economy, may of us are just holding on. If you’re looking for value, service, and a truly well-maintained property, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Mostly Okay

Nice place, most things get handled right away. Been here almost a year and still waiting on one major thing that has yet to be handled, i.e., brown floors are full of white paint slop. Management keeps saying they'll get to it, but, so far, I'm still waiting.
