Not as Luxurious as described

If you’re considering moving into Sabal Park Apartments managed by NTS Capital Management, I highly recommend looking closer before signing a lease. While the community is advertised as “luxury living,” my experience has unfortunately reflected something very different. I’ve submitted multiple requests for exterior maintenance and cleanup near my unit (Request #1163328), including detailed documentation and even video evidence of the ongoing issues. Despite these efforts, the area has remained neglected for months, with minimal response or visible action from management. This lack of follow-through and accountability doesn’t align with what residents should expect from a community marketed as premium housing. The apartment interiors and location have potential, but that potential is overshadowed by poor maintenance standards and a pattern of delayed or ignored service requests. NTS Capital Management and the on-site team at Sabal Park would greatly benefit from investing in proactive property care and communication. Until that happens, I would urge prospective residents to consider other options in the area that provide a higher level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Paint Night

My fiance and I have been here for 4 years. We have no intentions to leave anytime soon, we absolutely love it here! I love that the team hosts events which they share in our monthly newsletters. The leasing team hosted a Paint Night for tenants which was SO much fun, I really would love for that to be a reoccurring thing. It was a great way to meet our neighbors and make some new friends! The artist Sy was also a delight so I hope she returns as well!
