I had reported a leak in my apartment around 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon Kerrick and the team were amazing. They came right away addressed the situation and had the leaked fix within an hour. I also had crew schedule to come that same day to clean the carpet. The maintenance team is fantastic and easy to work with. Thank you to the Team!

I have been here for a little over a year. I absolutely love living here! The first thing I I fell for was all the trees right outside the complex. The inside of my apartment is spacious, quiet and has so many windows that let the light in. It is a pleasure to be home. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, kind and helpful. Every repair is done in a timely manner. It is clear all of them take pride in their work and they keep these older buildings well cared for. Not just the buildings but also the grounds and pool area. I would much rather live here than in one of the newer, multi-story buildings with windows on one side and much thinner walls. It is a great place to call home.

If you’re considering moving into Sabal Park Apartments managed by NTS Capital Management, I highly recommend looking closer before signing a lease. While the community is advertised as “luxury living,” my experience has unfortunately reflected something very different. I’ve submitted multiple requests for exterior maintenance and cleanup near my unit (Request #1163328), including detailed documentation and even video evidence of the ongoing issues. Despite these efforts, the area has remained neglected for months, with minimal response or visible action from management. This lack of follow-through and accountability doesn’t align with what residents should expect from a community marketed as premium housing. The apartment interiors and location have potential, but that potential is overshadowed by poor maintenance standards and a pattern of delayed or ignored service requests. NTS Capital Management and the on-site team at Sabal Park would greatly benefit from investing in proactive property care and communication. Until that happens, I would urge prospective residents to consider other options in the area that provide a higher level of responsiveness and professionalism.
