Forever home.

In August we will have lived in the Golf Brook community for 10 years. Other than a severe lack of parking on one end of Golf Tee Lane, we love our home. The grounds and buildings are well maintained, the staff is welcoming and willing to help in any way they can and the maintenance staff are so willing to help with any issue or repair a resident may have. Our location convenietly offers services and shopping close by. What cannot be found in Longwood can be found in nearby Altamonte Springs.

A superior complex

I have lived here 7 1/2 years and could not ask for a more beautiful and well maintained place to live. It is much more than an apartment; it is really like a lovely home environment. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantadtic and respond to any request quickly and efficiently. I feel safe here, welcomed here, and peaceful here!

Extremely Happy Here!

My wife and I have lived here for over six years, having moved directly from a home that we owned. We wanted a quiet, clean, safe community with no responsibilities of home ownership. Golf Brook has met and exceeded our requirements. Office staff are wonderful and friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance service is outstanding! Most work requests are addressed the same day and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable. Beautiful, tree-lined streets. Apartments all come with single car garages, with adequate overflow parking for extra vehicles. Apartment sizes are much larger than newer complexes in the area. They are truly apartment homes. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 sq. ft. apartment. Location is excellent! Easy access to shopping, banks, restaurants, the Altamonte Mall, AdventHealth Hospital in Altamonte Springs and many other services. Six minute drive to the on-ramp for I-4. Although we have no children of school age, the complex is in Seminole County and Seminole County Public Schools are one of highest rated districts in the entire state! Finally, we were not paid to write this review or given any incentives or perks for doing so. We simply are just very happy living here!! ??
