Our move in process was the smoothest we’ve ever had. A couple small issues in our apartment were handled that day by the maintenance team. The leasing office team is so kind and helpful they answered all of my questions without me having to ask. So far the community is wonderful! So excited to be living here.

Dear Golf Brook Management Team, Once again, my hat is off to Alek of your Maintenance Staff. As a person who likes to watch knowledgeable people fix things - it always amazes me to watch Alek and his fellow crew members fix things that would most likely bring those inept people such as muself to tears trying to fix the impossible. This time I presented Alex with two tasks that I imagined would be a "simple fix", were it not for the fact that old, rusted and very worn parts would have caused the normal person to give up in frustration. However, Alek went about his job in a quiet and fastedious way, and had both items taken care of without any sign of frustration, and he cleaned up carefully after himself. Now my wife can turn on the shower with no help from me, and the folding door now "folds"! Please thank Alek for his patience, good workmanship and cleanliness. Yours, Mark in Golf Tee #108

Our experience living at Golfbrook has been great. Staff are very friendly, receptive, responsive, and attentive. Maintenance staff are second to none. The area in which Golfbrook is located is quiet, safe, and beautiful. It is close and convenient to Longwood and Altamonte Springs, and it's an easy drive to downtown Orlando.

Dear Management Team, I wish to put in a good word for Alex. He stopped by today to simply tighten a loose handle on our kitchen water faucet. Little did I know that the online "Shopping Cart" delivery man had deposited 16 cases of ginger ale directly in front of my door. You may not be aware, but I'm having back and hip surgery next month, and as of now I can barely stand. Without even asking if I needed help, Alex offered to carry the soda inside for me. His arrival at this very time was pure "karma", as there was absolutely no way I could have moved that indoors. That's the sign of a great employee - doing things for others without even thinking about it! Please thank him personally for me (or thru Vlad). A very thankful Mark in Golf Tee #108 !!!.
