Pet(s) combined weight may not exceed 40 lbs and requires a $250 Non-refundable Pet Fee per pet. Additional $25 monthly pet rent fee per pet.  Aggressive Breed Restrictions Apply. I have been here since 2014, its a great place to live. Seen many come and go Jaun and Luis from maintenance always do a great job for me! The staff in the office Cristina and Dawn always do their best to help us tenants out the best they can! This is my home !

Filthy, with little care for anything, unless you are in the office. If people werent literally desperate, after a year it would be an empty place. People get out as soon as it is possible. Could be awesome, management stands in the way.

Car gets towed in labeled visitor parking. Moved deceased husbands car in probate per my attorney with legal driver and photos to safe visitor spot and it was towed. The tow company took pics of it after they moved it. Very bad! Apt management had to give me a sticker for it so it wouldn't happen again

Location is everything here! Office staff is always on site and ready to help. Maintenance keeps the property clean, although the amenities are in need of some improvements!
