We have lived here for many years and call it home. But have noticed the exterior maintenance has been in a decline for quite some time. After a trench was dug in the phase three parking lot, it was left open for months. That allowed dirt and mud to spread through out the whole area. When the wind blows, all the cars get covered with that dirt. Part of the sidewalk was cut out and has yet to be repaired, leaving more exposed dirt. One disabled parking space has a pile of unused pipes and more dirt. A blue cart was placed in the back yard behind the maintenance room and is still there piled with trash. The water spigot next to it was turned off and never turned back on again. That means no more washing screens, plant pots, patio decks and furniture or watering outdoor plants. Most of this is ongoing since April of last year. The north wall of building I has mildew all the way to the second floor. We are thankful that we live on the ground floor since most of the elevators are non-functional. As an added note, a few years ago there were two locations between Phase 2 and Phase 3 where we could wash cars. They are both gone now.

Willowbridge management seems to have a very hard time informing their office staff and residents of "scheduled maintenance" particularly when it comes to electrical issues. The power has been on and off at odd intervals for 4 weeks now and the only notice I received was when I noticed I didn't have power. It is rare that a human answers the phone and I am tired of having to go to the office to get anything done. I’m out over $1,000 on hotels and I was promised reimbursement over a month ago. They didn’t provide the promised reimbursement and are expecting me to just go into debt to cover their poor management. I’ve only been here for 5 weeks and it’s just issue after issue. Residents constantly smoking inside their units, constant screaming matches at 3am, no power, no air, no hot water. It took them over a month to fix the faulty wiring in my apartment I listed as an issue on move-in. I’ve submitted requests for each one and they just mark them as complete without actually fixing the problem. Turning the power on for less than a day then shutting it off again without notice doesn’t count as “fixing the power”. They couldn’t even be bothered to clean the unit before move in. I’ve been on hold for an hour with the “call anytime” number they give you, and the phone number that they list to get the direct office has no voicemail and gets answered inconsistently. Last time I went to the office (during office hours) the lights were on, office staff workers were in there, but the door was locked. Phone not being answered. The on-site manager Romana came to my door last Wednesday 8/13/25 and told me that she would have the reimbursements for the hotels completed by Friday. That was a week ago and the amounts for the hotel still have not been credited to my account.
