Loud, people park at the curb block traffic and you ability to exit the spot your in, appliances are very old and unreliable, they start to clean and never finish. cars always speeding, the manager know whats going on and does nothing. Door's slamming all night, hall smells like pot , the mandatory valet is a joke, just rented a 3-2 2 with a 2 car garage for $2559 in Royal Palm, look around you can do MUCH better just rented a newer 3-2 with a 2 car garage in Royal palm for $2559, 1585 sq ft. you can do much better than this place.

Amenities could be better: gym doesn't have enough equipment and is not cleaned well. We love our apartment, but rules need to be reinforced. Trash is left outside. People leave furniture in the dumpster. Some people smoke pot.

It is good, Little disappointed in acquiring a garage, I was once called by the office, to tell me that there is one available due to I was on the waiting list. When I went to the office the same afternoon of my call, I was told there has been a mistake it was not my turn yet. I had a funny feeling someone else got in-front of the line. Could it be color related I don't know. I am white.
