The property itself is beautiful and has a very upscale atmosphere. That said, I’ve noticed concerns with staff diversity and with how some residents are treated—particularly in interactions with Joey, who I believe is the manager. I hope this is an area the management team will take seriously and work to improve.

From my very first interaction with Community Manager Joey B., I was treated like family. The team of Katia, Eric, and Javier went above and beyond to answer all my questions and showed me all the available floor plans. Their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and understanding helped to make my decision to become a resident at Avery Apartments Lake Worth. Each apartment has brand new energy efficient appliances. The apartments are beautiful living spaces with lots of space depending on your needs. The amenities include various views of the area, a brand new gym, and a delightful pool. There are multiple security systems in place to help you and your family feel safe and secure. The maintenance team of Wesley and Chino are working very hard to keep everything clean and maintained. Avery Apartments Lake Worth are conveniently located in Lake Worth Beach close to everything in Palm Beach County that you might need from shopping centers to entertainment. Access to Interstate I-95 right around the corner. If you are looking for a fresh start. Look no further than Avery Apartments Lake Worth.
