Akita, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Cattledog, Beauceron, Belgian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Black Russian Terrier, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chinese Shar Pei, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogue De Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyranees, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, or Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, and Wolf Mixed Breeds

Gameroom and building noise

Gameroom stuff should be available all the time. Example,, everytime that we go,, their is no ping pong balls or the paddles., Bowling also not working. Hours should be extended. Noise- I hear my neighbors all the time (walking, talking), I feel that I live with them is ridiculous

No se puede dormir, todo se escucha hasta el mínimo ruido de los carros, sin contar que cada vez que pasa el tren los edificios vibran y el ruido insoportable, super costosos para que estes en un lugar donde tu sueño siemore será interrumpido. no todos los servicios los cumplen.

poor customer service

The apartment is beautiful, but the cars on Osceola are loud and the management provides poor customer service. Of course, some of the front staff were friendly, but the management does not treat you well. I had two negative experiences. The first one was getting my car towed. The reason for this was when I moved in, they provided me with parking stickers. However, they were in a white unmarked envelope and the stickers looked completely white because the parking sticker side was not visible (facedown). I had no idea that I had them or that parking stickers were required. I specifically asked about parking and was told simply that it was first come, first serve and I should not park in a reserved spot. I did this for many months and then one day found that my car was towed. I had a warning the day before, but I did not use my car that day and did not receive the warning prior to towing. There was an information sheet provided about parking and it said nothing about the sticker. I complained that I was never informed that I had a sticker and I spoke to many other residents who also had no idea they had one either. The management said they would consider a rent credit to cover the cost of towing, but they never did. The second time I had a negative experience was prior to moving out. I left behind cleaning products and two vacuum cleaners to do a final cleaning the day after I moved. My lease was still good for another few days and I had not yet turned in my keys. I also left a cooler to bring remaining items that I had left in the fridge. When I returned to clean the cooler and the vacuum cleaners were gone. I contacted management and asked if they had removed my things thinking that I had already moved out and the front desk person said that if this was the case, they would have thrown out my items. He acted like this was not a problem. He did nothing further. Another person called and confirmed this occurred, but I did not receive all of my items back.
