Constant backup of sewage in bath tib and toilet overflow at 2 x a week can’t get it resolved

I signed my lease on the 16th of December, I have yet to move in completely because I have had to deep clean my place. I was highly dissatisfied with the cleanliness. There were hair everywhere, its disgusting, my sliding door screen if filthy, I would like a new one if possible. My internet went out today while i was using it. I hope that is not a regular occurrences. The staff in the front are great
