Not going into detail but things could be better with tenants. Tenants take advantage of rules in apartments.

I wish we had assigned parking. My son is special needs and sometimes it's too many vehicles I have to find parking further away from our unit

The application process was fairly easy, it was a little lengthy but they were able to get me approved and moved in while being out of state virtually and I loved that. My apartment looks pretty much brand new. A few little quirks here and there but overall, I love it. I've only been here a week or so but thus far the community has been calm & quiet. Close to many stores and necessary places like the post office and a neighborhood Walmart.

I like the location because everything is conveniently near. Mantainaince can improve since I have had several issues with the plumbing and A/C. Amenities can improve Rento is too expensive for what is offered
